The firm has product specialties including office, industrial, retail, multifamily and healthcare. Transwestern leads the industry in sustainability and has received multiple ENERGY STAR® awards from the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). Their healthcare division will now lead the industry in technology, more specifically, cloud-computing technology, by leveraging the Salesforce.com platform and REthink CRM to capture many of their unique business processes and provide their agents with a tool to better manage their contacts and pipeline and, ultimately, help them close more deals.
